As a good neighbor Ames Construction will make every effort to minimize the duration and frequency of any complete road closures. Every closure during the project is studied to determine the necessity, alternate travel routes and impact to those in the immediate closure area.

Ames Construction, Inc. will make every effort to:

• Minimize the number of night shifts
• Phase the work so as to minimize the number of traffic shifts required
• Minimize the duration of detours and closures
• Maintain the highest level of traffic service possible throughout the duration of the project

Re-alignment of Academy Boulevard south of Drennan will take place in July of 2010.  No closures will take place, but motorists should be aware of reduced speeds and traffic re-alignment in this immediate vicinity.
